Zásady ochrany súkromia - Majetko

1. Kto je prevádzkovateľ

Aplikáciu Majetko (balík com.portoslabs.majetko) vyvíja a prevádzkuje Vladimír Strýček. Kontakt vo veciach ochrany súkromia: kontakt@majetko.sk.

2. Zhrnutie

• Vaše údaje (majetok, povinnosti, termíny, fotky, dokumenty, kontakty) zostávajú v telefóne. Aplikácia nevyžaduje registráciu, e-mail, telefónne číslo ani prihlásenie cez Google alebo inú službu.
• Majetko neobsahuje vlastnú analytiku ani vlastné meranie používania, reklamy ani službu na hlásenie pádov. Google ML Kit však automaticky odosiela Googlu štatistiky používania a technické údaje opísané v oddiele 6. Mechanizmus aktualizácií Expo tiež komunikuje po sieti a môže odoslať text poslednej chyby po páde, ako je opísané nižšie.
• Aplikácia a jej komponenty nadväzujú štyri druhy sieťových spojení: (1) voliteľnú end-to-end šifrovanú zálohu na server backup.majetko.sk, iba ak ju zapnete; (2) aktualizácie aplikácie (služba Expo Updates): pri spustení a pri ručnej kontrole sa aplikácia opýta servera u.expo.dev na novú verziu svojho kódu a stiahne ju zo serverov Expo. Pri tom odošle verziu a platformu aplikácie, kanál aktualizácií a náhodný identifikátor inštalácie (EAS-Client-ID, vytvorený pri prvom spustení, nesúvisí s vašou osobou ani údajmi); ak aplikácia pri predošlom spustení spadla, pošle aj technický text tejto chyby (max. 1 024 znakov). Je to opis chyby, ako ho vytvoril kód aplikácie alebo systém (názov a správa chyby, na iOS aj kód a podrobnosti chyby); aplikácia ho neupravuje ani nefiltruje, takže nevieme zaručiť, čo presne obsahuje. Aplikácia sa vyhýba vkladaniu vašich údajov do chybových správ, ale nejde o záruku; (3) vyhľadanie firmy podľa IČO v Registri právnických osôb (api.statistics.sk), iba keď stlačíte tlačidlo, odošle sa iba zadané IČO; (4) Google ML Kit: automaticky odosiela Googlu štatistiky používania a technické údaje a služby Google Play môžu stiahnuť podporné modely, ako je opísané v oddiele 6. Okrem týchto spojení vaše údaje o majetku telefón neopúšťajú; v zálohe odchádzajú iba zašifrované. Otvorenie stránky eznamka.sk z pripomienky je odovzdanie do prehliadača, nie spojenie aplikácie.
• Zálohu viete kedykoľvek vypnúť a zo servera zmazať priamo v aplikácii.

3. Údaje v telefóne

Aplikácia ukladá do svojho súkromného úložiska v telefóne:

• databázu (názvy a údaje o majetku, povinnosti, termíny, história vybavení, kontakty, poznámky, nastavenia pripomienok),
• osoby a firmy, ktoré si uložíte ako vlastníka, držiteľa, vodiča, poistníka alebo nájomcu (meno alebo obchodné meno, IČO, DIČ, IČ DPH, adresa, telefón, e-mail; pri osobe voliteľne dátum narodenia a rodné číslo - zadávate ich len vtedy, ak chcete),
• fotky a dokumenty, ktoré ste odfotili, naskenovali alebo vybrali z galérie, vrátane obrázkov vytvorených z nich v aplikácii (napr. výrez bez pozadia),
• ak máte zapnutú zálohu: prihlasovacie údaje k zálohe v zabezpečenom úložisku systému (Android Keystore).

K týmto súborom nemajú prístup iné aplikácie. Zálohovanie systémom Android (Google Auto Backup) je pre aplikáciu vypnuté, takže systém tieto dáta neodosiela na Google Drive. Odinštalovaním aplikácie sa všetky tieto údaje z telefónu zmažú.

Rozpoznávanie textu z dokladov (OCR) prebieha v telefóne, model je súčasťou aplikácie; fotky, rozpoznaný text a výsledky rozpoznávania sa Googlu neodosielajú.

4. Voliteľná šifrovaná záloha

Zálohu zapínate sami v Nastaveniach. Pri zapnutí aplikácia v telefóne vygeneruje náhodný kód obnovy a náhodný šifrovací kľúč k dátam. Kód obnovy je jediný kľúč k zálohe. Neposiela sa na server, nikde sa neukladá mimo vášho telefónu a prevádzkovateľ ho nepozná. Bez neho sa záloha nedá prečítať, ani prevádzkovateľ ju neotvorí.

4.1 Čo server dostáva

Server backup.majetko.sk prijíma a ukladá výlučne:

• anonymný identifikátor účtu: 16 náhodných bajtov odvodených z kódu obnovy; neobsahuje nič o vás ani o vašom telefóne,
• odtlačok (SHA-256) prístupového tokenu, ktorým sa telefón pri každej požiadavke preukazuje; samotný token server neukladá,
• šifrovanú obálku kľúča: šifrovací kľúč k dátam zabalený kľúčom odvodeným z kódu obnovy, spolu s parametrami odvodenia a časom vytvorenia,
• zašifrovaný obsah zálohy rozdelený na časti (šifra XChaCha20-Poly1305, kľúč pozná len váš telefón) a jeho metadáta: čas vytvorenia, celkovú veľkosť, počet častí a kontrolné súčty (SHA-256) zašifrovaných častí.

Server nedostáva žiadne nešifrované údaje: nevidí názvy majetku, termíny, fotky ani dokumenty. Z toho, čo má, vie zistiť len to, že pod daným identifikátorom existuje záloha určitej veľkosti vytvorená v určitom čase.

4.2 Prevádzkové záznamy

Server si pri každej požiadavke zapisuje prevádzkový záznam: čas, IP adresu, z ktorej požiadavka prišla, metódu a adresu požiadavky (obsahuje anonymný identifikátor účtu), výsledný stavový kód a trvanie. Prístupový token sa do záznamov nezapisuje. Záznamy slúžia len na riešenie porúch a ochranu pred zneužitím (obmedzenie počtu požiadaviek). Ukladajú sa krátkodobo: sú obmedzené veľkosťou a rotujú sa, staršie záznamy sa automaticky prepisujú. Prenos je chránený protokolom TLS (HTTPS).

4.3 Uchovávanie a mazanie

• Pre každý účet server drží jednu zálohu: nová záloha nahrádza predchádzajúcu.
• Nedokončené nahrávania sa zo servera odstraňujú po 24 hodinách.
• Záloha a účet zostávajú na serveri, kým ich nezmažete. Zmazanie: Nastavenia > Zálohovanie > Vypnúť zálohovanie > "Vypnúť a zmazať zálohu". Server pri tom nevratne odstráni účet, obálku kľúča aj všetky zašifrované časti.
• Ak zvolíte "Vypnúť a ponechať zálohu" alebo aplikáciu len odinštalujete, zašifrovaná záloha zostane na serveri, aby ste ju vedeli obnoviť kódom obnovy. Bez kódu obnovy je pre kohokoľvek nečitateľná. Zmazať ju viete neskôr tak, že zálohu na novej inštalácii obnovíte kódom obnovy a zvolíte "Vypnúť a zmazať zálohu".
• Prevádzkovateľ nevie priradiť účet k osobe, preto nevie vybaviť žiadosť o zmazanie zaslanú e-mailom bez identifikátora účtu. Mazanie preto máte vždy vo vlastných rukách priamo v aplikácii.

Právny základ spracúvania (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b) GDPR): poskytnutie služby zálohy, o ktorú ste sami požiadali. Server je umiestnený u poskytovateľa netcup GmbH (netcup.de) v Nemecku, t. j. v Európskej únii.

5. Oprávnenia aplikácie

• Fotoaparát: fotenie majetku, dokladov a dokumentov, skenovanie dokumentov.
• Fotky a médiá: výber existujúcej fotky z galérie cez systémový výber fotiek. Aplikácia dostane len vybraný obrázok, nie celú galériu.
• Notifikácie: pripomienky termínov. Plánujú sa v telefóne, bez servera.
• Internet: pre voliteľnú zálohu (oddiel 4), pre aktualizácie aplikácie (služba Expo Updates, opísaná v zhrnutí vyššie: kontrola a stiahnutie novej verzie kódu aplikácie pri spustení a pri ručnej kontrole) a pre otvorenie odkazov, ktoré si sami vyberiete (napr. overenie diaľničnej známky na eznamka.sk, telefónne číslo alebo web uložený pri kontakte). Tieto odkazy sa otvárajú v prehliadači alebo v telefónnej aplikácii a platia pre ne zásady danej stránky. Pri firme môžete stlačiť "Načítať z registra podľa IČO": aplikácia vtedy odošle len zadané IČO do verejného Registra právnických osôb (api.statistics.sk, Štatistický úrad SR) a doplní názov a adresu firmy. Nikdy sa to nedeje automaticky.
• Spustenie po reštarte, vibrácie, prebudenie zariadenia: technické oprávnenia potrebné na to, aby pripomienky prišli aj po reštarte telefónu.

Aplikácia nepoužíva mikrofón, polohu, kontakty v telefóne, kalendár ani biometriu. Export do kalendára (.ics) vytvára súbor, ktorý sami zdieľate.

6. Google ML Kit – rozpoznávanie v telefóne

Majetko používa Google ML Kit na odhad typu majetku z fotky a rozpoznávanie textu z dokladov. Spracovanie prebieha priamo vo vašom telefóne. ML Kit neposiela vaše fotky, text z dokladov ani výsledky rozpoznávania na servery Googlu. Podrobnosti od Googlu.

ML Kit však automaticky odosiela Googlu štatistiky používania a technické údaje: informácie o aplikácii a zariadení, identifikátory inštalácie, použité funkcie, ich nastavenia, rýchlosť spracovania a chybové kódy. Google ich používa na meranie používania, diagnostiku, údržbu a zlepšovanie ML Kit. Rozsah údajov sa líši podľa platformy a použitej funkcie. Údaje na Androide · Údaje na iOS.

Odosielanie týchto technických údajov nezávisí od zapnutia zálohy. Majetko momentálne neponúka samostatný vypínač metrík ML Kit. Pri odhade typu majetku sa rozpoznávanie spustí po odfotení alebo výbere fotky. Navrhnutý typ je iba pomôcka – konečný výber je vždy na vás.

Na zariadeniach s Androidom poskytujú niektoré komponenty ML Kit služby Google Play nainštalované v telefóne. Služby Google Play si môžu pri prvom použití stiahnuť potrebné podporné modely; toto sťahovanie riadi Google podľa vlastných podmienok. Ak zariadenie potrebné komponenty nemá, funkcia sa jednoducho neponúkne.

Aplikácia obsahuje knižnicu pre notifikácie, ktorá má technicky zabudovanú podporu push správ cez Firebase. Push správy nie sú nakonfigurované ani používané: aplikácia nemá žiadny Firebase projekt a žiadne push identifikátory nevznikajú.

7. Deti

Aplikácia nie je určená deťom mladším ako 16 rokov a vedome od nich nezbiera žiadne údaje.

8. Web majetko.sk a cookies

Web majetko.sk nepoužíva cookies. Nemá reklamy, sledovacie skripty ani tlačidlá sociálnych sietí. V úložisku prehliadača (localStorage) si pamätá jedinú vec bez osobných údajov: či ste sa prihlásili na oznámenie o spustení alebo zavreli okno s prihlásením, aby sa vám zbytočne neukazovalo znova (po zavretí najskôr o 30 dní). Nič nesleduje, preto web nezobrazuje lištu so súhlasom s cookies.

Návštevnosť webu meriame službou Cloudflare Web Analytics. Nepoužíva cookies, nič neukladá do prehliadača a nevytvára odtlačok zariadenia. Zaznamenáva len súhrnné údaje o zobrazeniach stránok: navštívenú adresu, stránku, z ktorej ste prišli, typ prehliadača a zariadenia, krajinu a časy načítania. Tieto údaje nevieme priradiť ku konkrétnej osobe. Podrobnosti od Cloudflare.

Web beží na službe Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). Ako pri každom webe Cloudflare pri doručení stránky technicky spracúva IP adresu a údaje požiadavky, aby stránku doručil a chránil ju pred útokmi. Právny základ (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. f) GDPR): oprávnený záujem na bezpečnom fungovaní webu a na súhrnnom prehľade o jeho návštevnosti.

Odkazy na iné weby (napríklad JISCD, SKP, Google Play, App Store) sa otvárajú na ich stránkach a platia pre ne ich vlastné zásady.

9. Oznámenie o spustení a novinky e-mailom

Na webe sa môžete prihlásiť na e-mail o spustení aplikácie a občasné novinky. Spracúvame iba to, čo zadáte: e-mailovú adresu, voliteľne oblasť záujmu (autá, nehnuteľnosti, domácnosť), a na preukázanie súhlasu čas a IP adresu prihlásenia a potvrdenia.

• Účel: poslať vám oznámenie o spustení Majetka a občasné novinky o aplikácii.
• Právny základ (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. a) GDPR): váš súhlas. Prihlásenie potvrdzujete odkazom v e-maile (dvojité potvrdenie); bez potvrdenia vám nič nepošleme.
• Súhlas môžete kedykoľvek odvolať odkazom na odhlásenie v každom e-maile alebo správou na kontakt@majetko.sk. Odvolanie nemá vplyv na zákonnosť predchádzajúceho spracúvania.
• Sprostredkovateľ: zoznam spravuje a e-maily rozosiela služba MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Dublin, Írsko) s údajmi uloženými v EÚ.
• Uchovávanie: kým sa neodhlásite. Nepotvrdené prihlásenia pravidelne mažeme.
• E-mailovú adresu nepredávame ani neposkytujeme ďalším stranám a s údajmi v aplikácii ju nijako nespájame.

10. Zmeny

Zmeny týchto zásad zverejníme na https://majetko.sk/privacy s dátumom poslednej aktualizácie. Podstatné zmeny (napr. nová sieťová funkcia) oznámime aj v aplikácii pri prvom spustení novej verzie.

1. Controller

Majetko (package com.portoslabs.majetko) is developed and operated by Vladimír Strýček. Privacy contact: kontakt@majetko.sk.

2. Summary

• Your data (assets, obligations, deadlines, photos, documents, contacts) stays on your phone. There is no registration, e-mail, phone number or sign-in with Google or any other service.
• Majetko has no first-party analytics or first-party usage measurement, no ads, and no crash-reporting service. Google ML Kit nevertheless automatically sends Google usage statistics and technical data described in section 6. The Expo update mechanism also communicates over the network and may send the text of the last error after a crash, as described below.
• The app and its components initiate four kinds of network connections: (1) the optional end-to-end encrypted backup to backup.majetko.sk, only if you turn it on; (2) app updates (the Expo Updates service): at launch and on a manual check the app asks u.expo.dev for a new version of its code and downloads it from Expo's servers. It sends the app version and platform, the update channel and a random installation identifier (EAS-Client-ID, created on first launch, unrelated to you or your data); if the app crashed on its previous launch it also sends the technical text of that error (at most 1,024 characters). That is the error's description as produced by the app's code or the system (its name and message, on iOS also its code and details); the app does not edit or filter it, so we cannot guarantee what exactly it contains. The app avoids putting your data into error messages, but this is not a guarantee; (3) a company lookup by IČO in the Register of Legal Entities (api.statistics.sk), only when you tap the button, sending only the IČO you typed; (4) Google ML Kit: it automatically sends Google usage statistics and technical data, and Google Play Services may download supporting models, as described in section 6. Apart from these connections your asset data does not leave the phone; in a backup it leaves only encrypted. Opening eznamka.sk from a reminder is a hand-off to the browser, not an app connection.
• You can turn backup off and delete it from the server at any time from inside the app.

3. Data on the phone

The app stores in its private app storage:

• a database (asset details, obligations, deadlines, completion history, contacts, notes, reminder settings),
• the people and companies you save as owner, holder, driver, policyholder or tenant (name or business name, company ID (IČO), tax IDs, address, phone, e-mail; for a person optionally the date of birth and the national ID number (rodné číslo) - entered only if you choose to),
• photos and documents you took, scanned or picked from the gallery, including images derived from them in the app (e.g. a background-removed cut-out),
• if backup is enabled: the backup credentials, in the system secure store (Android Keystore).

Other apps cannot read these files. Android system backup (Google Auto Backup) is disabled for the app, so the OS does not upload this data to Google Drive. Uninstalling the app deletes all of it from the phone.

Text recognition (OCR) on documents runs on the phone with a model bundled in the app; photos, recognised text and recognition results are not sent to Google.

4. Optional encrypted backup

You enable backup yourself in Settings. On setup the app generates a random recovery code and a random data encryption key on the phone. The recovery code is the only key to the backup. It is never sent to the server, never stored anywhere outside your phone, and the operator does not know it. Without it the backup cannot be read, not even by the operator.

4.1 What the server receives

The backup.majetko.sk server receives and stores only:

• an anonymous account identifier: 16 random bytes derived from the recovery code; it contains nothing about you or your phone,
• a SHA-256 hash of the access token the phone presents with every request; the token itself is not stored,
• an encrypted key envelope: the data encryption key wrapped with a key derived from the recovery code, plus the derivation parameters and the creation time,
• the encrypted backup content split into parts (XChaCha20-Poly1305; only your phone holds the key) and its metadata: creation time, total size, part count and SHA-256 checksums of the encrypted parts.

The server never receives unencrypted data: it cannot see asset names, deadlines, photos or documents. All it can tell is that a backup of a given size exists under a given identifier and when it was created.

4.2 Operational logs

For every request the server writes a log line: timestamp, the IP address the request came from, the method and URL (which contains the anonymous account identifier), the response status and the duration. The access token is never written to logs. Logs are used only for troubleshooting and abuse protection (request rate limiting). They are kept short-term: they are size-capped and rotated, and older entries are overwritten automatically. Transport is protected by TLS (HTTPS).

4.3 Retention and deletion

• The server keeps one backup per account: a new backup replaces the previous one.
• Unfinished uploads are removed from the server after 24 hours.
• The backup and the account stay on the server until you delete them. To delete: Settings > Backup > Turn off backup > "Turn off and delete backup" (Slovak: "Vypnúť a zmazať zálohu"). The server then permanently removes the account, the key envelope and every encrypted part.
• If you choose "Turn off and keep backup" or simply uninstall the app, the encrypted backup remains on the server so you can restore it with your recovery code. Without the recovery code it is unreadable to anyone. You can delete it later by restoring it on a fresh install with the recovery code and choosing "Turn off and delete backup".
• The operator cannot link an account to a person, so a deletion request sent by e-mail cannot be fulfilled without the account identifier. Deletion is therefore always in your own hands, inside the app.

Legal basis (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): providing the backup service you requested. The server is hosted with netcup GmbH (netcup.de) in Germany, within the European Union.

5. App permissions

• Camera: photographing assets, receipts and documents; document scanning.
• Photos and media: picking an existing photo through the system photo picker. The app receives only the picked image, not the whole gallery.
• Notifications: deadline reminders. They are scheduled on the phone, no server involved.
• Internet: for the optional backup (section 4), for app updates (the Expo Updates service described in the summary above: checking for and downloading a new version of the app's code at launch and on a manual check) and for opening links you choose yourself (e.g. checking a vignette on eznamka.sk, or a phone number or website saved with a contact). Those open in the browser or phone app and are governed by that site's policy. On a company you can tap "Load from the register by IČO": the app then sends only the IČO you typed to the public Register of Legal Entities (api.statistics.sk, Statistical Office of the SR) and fills in the company name and address. This never happens automatically.
• Run after reboot, vibrate, wake device: technical permissions needed so reminders still fire after the phone restarts.

The app does not use the microphone, location, phone contacts, calendar or biometrics. Calendar export (.ics) creates a file that you share yourself.

6. Google ML Kit – on-device recognition

Majetko uses Google ML Kit to estimate the asset type from a photo and to recognise text from documents. Processing takes place directly on your phone. ML Kit does not send your photos, text from documents or recognition results to Google's servers. Details from Google.

ML Kit does, however, automatically send Google usage statistics and technical data: information about the app and device, installation identifiers, the features used, their configuration, processing performance and error codes. Google uses this data to measure usage, diagnose issues, maintain and improve ML Kit. The scope of the data varies by platform and feature. Android data · iOS data.

Sending this technical data is independent of whether backup is enabled. Majetko does not currently offer a separate switch for ML Kit metrics. Asset-type estimation starts after you take or select a photo. The suggested type is only an aid – the final choice is always yours.

On Android devices, some ML Kit components are provided by Google Play Services installed on the phone. Google Play Services may download the required supporting models on first use; Google manages that download under its own terms. If the device does not have the required components, the feature is simply not offered.

The app contains a notification library that technically includes Firebase push support. Push messaging is not configured or used: the app has no Firebase project and no push identifiers are created.

7. Children

The app is not directed at children under 16 and knowingly collects no data from them.

8. The majetko.sk website and cookies

The majetko.sk website does not use cookies. It has no ads, tracking scripts or social media buttons. In browser storage (localStorage) it keeps one item with no personal data: whether you signed up for the launch notice or closed the sign-up window, so it is not shown again needlessly (after closing, not for 30 days). Nothing is tracked, so the website shows no cookie consent banner.

We measure website traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It does not use cookies, stores nothing in the browser and does not fingerprint devices. It records only aggregate page view data: the page visited, the referring page, browser and device type, country and load times. We cannot link this data to an individual. Details from Cloudflare.

The website runs on Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.). As with any website, Cloudflare technically processes the IP address and request data to deliver the page and protect it from attacks. Legal basis (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): legitimate interest in the secure operation of the website and an aggregate overview of its traffic.

Links to other websites (such as JISCD, SKP, Google Play, App Store) open on those sites, and their own policies apply.

9. Launch notice and news by e-mail

On the website you can sign up for an e-mail when the app launches and occasional news. We process only what you enter: your e-mail address, optionally an area of interest (cars, property, household), and, as proof of consent, the time and IP address of the sign-up and confirmation.

• Purpose: to send you the Majetko launch notice and occasional news about the app.
• Legal basis (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): your consent. You confirm the sign-up via a link in an e-mail (double opt-in); without confirmation we send nothing.
• You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or by writing to kontakt@majetko.sk. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
• Processor: the list is managed and e-mails are sent by MailerLite (MailerLite Limited, Dublin, Ireland), with data stored in the EU.
• Retention: until you unsubscribe. Unconfirmed sign-ups are deleted periodically.
• We do not sell or share your e-mail address and never link it to data in the app.

10. Changes

Changes to this policy are published at https://majetko.sk/privacy with the date of the last update. Material changes (e.g. a new network feature) are also announced in the app on the first launch of the new version.
